Newark New Jersey Rant

Readers,

I don't usually rant like this, but after 8 hours at terminal c99 and two concurrent delays, and two horrible Netflix movies....I am a little bored. So what do I do? Go on Facebook of course. As I read/browse your usual Facebook posts, I come to these quotes, rants, blog links, and opinions on exercise physiology and science.....from people who do not even have clinical or practical experience.   It's interesting how individuals talk as if they are exercise physiologist, attempting to apply a principle or ideology to a totally unrelated movement or program....Or my favorite; taking programming and attempting to make it applicable to the mode of training, when it's absolutely unrelated and wrong, but then continuously trying to verbalized its connection when in fact...they have no clue what they are talking about!! Of course their clients do not know any better and absolutely but into the crap they are fed by their sub-par trainer, who frankly is just there to either a. listen to their clients ramble or b. gossip to their clients. If anyone out there has a trainer, please ask them for your data....I can guarantee you that they don't have it. Because its these individuals who pretend they know everything really know absolutely nothing except gossip and incorrect programming.

Now don't be offended, this post isn't about specific people (but if it did, you know who you are). This post is meant to elicit some form of change, some form of professionalism, and respect. So go get a real education or at least be accurate and knowledgable about your programming discipline. But if you're just fine with pretending to know what you are doing, please just quit, save the hassle of hurting your clients, stop giving us educated individuals a bad name because you are too lazy and self absorbed to actually research on programming.

And done.....
